LEW screens are broadly classified into two types i.e. SINGLE SHAFT SCREEN and TWIN SHAFT SCREEN :
1.REW Single shaft screen is a two-bearing inclined screen designed for heavy duty scalping and finished screening of virtually any material.
2. REW twin shaft inclined screen is designed to handle heavy-duty jobs. This series of screens incorporates a twinshaft mechanism that distributes vibratory forces to four bearings instead of two.
Both These Types Of Screens are Available In Wire-Mesh as Well as Plate Perforated Type.

Fabricated out of MS plates reinforced from all important points by angle iron and pipe complete with base frame, springs and crank shaft, housing and perforated sheetfitted in it, to screen the material as per requirement.
The screen plates are drilled / perforated / wire woven panel of appropriate size for proper sepration of desired product. the screen plate/woven wire panel is bolted to cross members connecting to side palte with necessary HT bolts, Nyloc nut and washers, U-clamp are generally used for fixing screen perforated plate.
Stable performance under violent vibrating, for the fixing bolts are widely applied to connecting the main frame and the screen tightly.
